1. Login to Dashboard

2. Click on “Sending Menu” you will see a drop down

3. Click on ‘Sender ID”

4. Click on “Request for new one”

5. Type in the Sender ID (sender ID must not exceed 11 characters) and click on “Send Button”

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Avoid Sender ID that includes numbers. Some Mobile Network Operators now block messages that contains numbers in their Sender IDs. You are advised to removed the numbers on your sender ID or proceed at your own risk.
• All your messages to all Nigerian numbers except Airtel Nigeria numbers will deliver with your sender ID, provided the Do-Not-Disturb (DND) service is not active on the recipient line.
